Invoice handling for companies, from the phone and the web
Invoices and documents, scanned in one move.
Your team scans invoices, delivery notes and receipts with their phones. You review them on the web, mark them processed or send them back with a reason – every document organised by company and category, stored safely.
Accounts are invitation-only: your company administrator creates them.
How it works
Three steps, no paper piles
Scan with the app
Take a photo of the document: the app finds the page edges, straightens it, makes it legible and joins several pages into one PDF. Pick a category and send it in.
Review on the web
The company admin goes through incoming documents and marks them processed or rejects them with a reason. The uploader gets an email and a notification about the decision.
An organised archive
Every document is stored per company and category, and can be found again by name, category, uploader, status or date.
Features
Everything day-to-day invoice handling needs
Scanner quality on the phone
Edge detection, perspective correction and enhancement (original, enhanced, greyscale, black and white) so every scanned page is easy to read.
Multi-page PDF
Invoices with several pages become a single A4 PDF, and the page order can be changed. On the web you can also upload PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC and XML (NAV e-invoice) files.
Works without signal
Scan offline: documents wait on the phone and upload automatically when the connection is back.
Hungarian and English
The web platform, the app and the emails are available in both languages; everyone chooses their own.
Roles and visibility
A company admin and company users. For each user you decide whether they see only their own documents or the whole company's.
Storage per company
Storage used and document count are tracked per company and update automatically with every upload and deletion.
Security
Security is the default, not an add-on
Invoices carry business data. That's why Dosszi is built at every level so that only the people who should see them can.
Mandatory two-step sign-in
Besides the password, every sign-in needs a one-time code sent by email.
Biometric app lock
After a minute of inactivity the app locks and opens only with Face ID, a fingerprint or the device passcode.
Private storage, short-lived links
Files are never public: they open only after signing in, through links valid for 60 seconds.
Full audit log
Every sign-in, upload, view and status change is recorded in a log that cannot be altered afterwards.
Data stored in the EU
The database and the files are hosted in the European Union, in a data centre in Frankfurt.
The app is coming to the stores soon
Dosszi is coming to iPhone and Android. The download links will appear here as soon as it is available.
